Why EXPANSIONEERS exists.
EXPANSIONEERS was founded on the belief that successful expansion requires more than ambition — it requires structure, local insight and operational leadership. We both spent years in international management and strategy consulting before building our own consumer brands in e-commerce, with a strong focus on Amazon and cross-border expansion. Having known each other since university, we built EXPANSIONEERS to support companies in expanding into Europe — with one of us based in Germany and the other in Denmark.
