We collect personal data when you submit our contact form, including your first and last name, company name, country of headquarters, email address, phone number, and any information you voluntarily share about your expansion plans.
When you book an intro call via Zoho Booking, we collect your name, email address, and any details you provide when scheduling a call.
When you visit our website, we collect standard technical data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is collected by Framer, our website platform, and Simply.com, our domain host, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data solely to respond to your enquiry in a timely and relevant manner; schedule and conduct intro calls about your European expansion; assess whether our services are a good fit for your situation; and fulfil contractual obligations if an engagement is agreed.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

After the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted.
